     兰州石油化工机器工程有限责任公司（简称兰石工程公司）是由兰州兰石集团有限公司、香港天域国际投资公司以及兰石中东FZE公司共同投资建立，经甘肃省人民政府批准于2004年11月成立的中外合资企业。公司的注册资本为1000万元人民币。
兰石工程公司主要以生产和出口采油设备 –兰石牌抽油机为主。可以按照国家标准和API标准设计和制造。企业有完善的质保体系。目前我公司常规式和重型抽油机已达到国际先进水平，前置式和异相曲柄抽油机在国内处于领先水平。此外我公司还出口兰石集团生产的压力容器设备，铸锻件产品等。目前，我公司的各种产品已销售到南北美、东南亚、中东、中亚和非洲等十几个国家。
     公司现有员工70人及聘用工人约45人，主要人员是由原兰石研究所的部分钻采设计人员与原兰石进出口的外贸人员组合而成的。公司具有自主出口经营权，并下设有金属结构厂和抽油机装配车间。
     公司拥有一支完整的设计队伍。他们拥有丰富的设计经验，能够担当抽油机和钻机部件的设计。

Brief Introduction for Lanzhou Petrochem Machinery Co., Ltd.

     Lanzhou Petrochem Machinery Co., Ltd. (a joint venture company) is invested and established jointly by Lanzhou LS Group Company, Hong Kong Sky Field International Investment Company Ltd. as well as LS Middle East FZE. It is founded in Nov., 2004 after approved by the People’s Government of Gansu Province. The total registered capital is RMB10,000,000.
     This company produces and exports mainly the oil producing equipment – LS brand pumping unit, who can design and manufacture the units according to national standards and API (American Petroleum Institute) specifications and it has perfect quality assurance system. At present, this company’s conventional pumping units in different kinds have reached to the advanced international level, the types MKII and enhanced geometry pumping units are in the leading positions in China. In addition, our company exports also the pressure vessel, castings and forgings made by LS Group Company. Up till now, our products have been exported to more than ten countries, such as USA, Canada, Brazil, Venezuela, Southeast Asia and Middle East Asia countries, and Africa etc.
LS brand pumping units carry the API monogram for design and manufacture, API Q1 and ISO 9001 certificates for quality.
     This company has about 70 employees and 45 workers in which it consists of the experienced engineers engaged in design of oil drilling and producing equipment from former LS Design Research Institute and the personnel dealing with foreign trade affairs from former LS Import and Export Corp.
